The Catholic Church celebrates The Season of Creation in September, a time to reflect on our relationship with the entire universe. It is an annual event with this year's theme being 'Let Justice and Peace flow.'
Gifts from your garden; Treats for your table.
This September, St Declan's offers everyone a chance to celebrate creation and share the gifts of our gardens with one another.
How does it work?
Over the Sundays in September share the fruits of your garden. Bring them from home and place them on the table in the foyer near the Parent's Room. You might like to bring herbs, fruit, veggies, or flower cuttings.
We also invite you to take gratefully from the table anything you and your family could use or enjoy.
During your enjoyment of these gifts, you might offer a prayer of thanks to God.
