What is the Stepping On Program?

Free 7 week Fall Prevention Program For Adults aged 65+

Stepping On teaches you how to stay safe in your home and when youre out and about. You will learn simple strength and balance exercises that you can do at home.

  • combines gentle strength & balance exercises with educational talks from experts
  • designed to build knowledge , strength & confidence to prevent falls, stay active & remain independent
